Wow—it’s finally becoming a reality: the first beginner’s IT course for people with hearing impairments in Chad.
- People with hearing impairments rarely, if ever, find jobs in Chad.
- There is no government support and no disability benefits.
- This course gives them the knowledge they need to use a laptop effectively.
- This gives them an advantage in a job market with few opportunities.
